  • CONRAD BEAUBIEN Writer / Producer

    Writing for television, stage and print, Conrad’s love of storytelling has led hi on a life path in the arts. An Independent film producer, director and writer his expression also takes in the mediums of music, painting and sculpture. With a career spanning decades, Conrad’s television credits include the award-winning documentaries Red Road, Village of Thirty Centuries and The Secret of Will. Series credits include Strange But True, a U.K./U.S./Canada co-production and Second Chance.. Conrad is also the creator and producer of Sketches of Our Town, the longest-running independently produced series in Canada. Turning his energies to theatre, he has seen the successful launch of original works for stage including Stringman, Back of Hoards Station, Bridge Street, The Undoing of Billy Slim, The Boxcar Cowboy and his most recent, Rosalia’s Piano.

  • JOHN BURNS “BURNSIE” Director / Producer

    John Burns is a seasoned dramaturge having taught acting while directing a range of productions that include mulit-cast musicals and solo performances. John is the founder of Festival Players, now County Stage Company, a long-lasting professional theatre company based in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Aside from that, spending good money on keeping a 1982 Volkswagen convertible ont he road is his main pastime.

  • SHAWN MURENBEELD Artist

    Shawn is an art director, designer, artist and amateur small engine mechanic with 20+ years of agency and corporate experience. He’s worked across all creative fields (including some pretty muddy ones in order to get the shot). From organizational branding to advertising to product design, not to mention visual merchandising, video, and interactive media.

  • SARAH KIRBY Marketing / Communications Director

    This original County Girl returned to the stage with Theatre Roulant in 2023 to play Elizabeth in Back of Hoards Station. She had such a great time that when asked to join the team, she couldn’t say no.

  • FRED ROBINSON Director

    Fred studied at Birmingham University in the UK and at Concordia University in Montreal, taking Theatre Arts courses and Graduate courses in English. He has taught Senior High School courses in English Literature, Drama and Theatre Arts since graduation. He has designed and directed over 30 major theatrical productions. After retiring to the County, Fred became involved in John Burn’s production of Charles Dicken’s A Christmas Carol, and in more recent years, designed and directed three professional productions for County Roads Theatre Company. (The Belle of Amherst by William Luce, On a First Name Basis, by Norm Foster and Collected Stories by Donald Margulies.). Fred is lookdng forward to directing Conrad Beaubien’s new play, Ruben Pearce in 2025.
